1. The service
viraldar (viraldar.rayvol.net), published by Thomas Rayvol, France (rayvol.dev@gmail.com), helps TikTok creators see which of their videos perform best and discover similar viral formats. It is free and provided as is.
2. Your TikTok account
When you choose “Continue with TikTok”, you authorise viraldar to read your TikTok profile, statistics and public videos, as described in the Privacy Policy. viraldar never posts or changes anything on your TikTok account. You can withdraw this authorisation at any time by signing out, unlinking the account, or in the TikTok app.
3. Acceptable use
You must be allowed to use TikTok and follow TikTok's own terms. You may only connect TikTok accounts that you own or manage. Do not try to access other users' data, overload the service or bypass its security.
4. Content
Videos and posts shown on viraldar belong to their creators and remain on TikTok; viraldar shows public metrics and links back to TikTok. Suggestions are for inspiration: copying someone else's content may infringe their rights, and you are responsible for what you publish.
5. No warranty
Statistics come from TikTok and public data and may be incomplete or out of date. viraldar does not guarantee any result (views, followers, revenue) and is not liable for decisions made from it, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Independence
viraldar is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance. TikTok is a trademark of its owners.
7. Changes and termination
These terms may change; the date above shows the latest version. The service may evolve or stop; you may stop using it and ask for the deletion of your data at any time.
8. Law
These terms are governed by French law.

Le service. viraldar, édité par Thomas Rayvol, France (rayvol.dev@gmail.com), montre aux créateurs TikTok lesquelles de leurs vidéos performent et leur suggère des formats viraux proches. Gratuit, fourni en l'état.
Ton compte TikTok. « Continue with TikTok » autorise viraldar à lire ton profil, tes statistiques et tes vidéos publiques (voir la politique de confidentialité). viraldar ne publie ni ne modifie jamais rien. Tu retires cet accès en te déconnectant, en déliant le compte ou dans l'app TikTok.
Usage. Respecte les conditions de TikTok ; ne relie que des comptes que tu possèdes ou gères ; n'essaie pas d'accéder aux données des autres ni de contourner la sécurité.
Contenus. Les vidéos montrées appartiennent à leurs créateurs. Les suggestions servent d'inspiration : tu réponds de ce que tu publies.
Garantie. Les chiffres viennent de TikTok et de données publiques, sans garantie d'exactitude ni de résultat.
Indépendance. viraldar n'est ni affilié à TikTok ou ByteDance, ni approuvé par eux.
Évolution, droit. Ces conditions peuvent changer (date ci-dessus). Droit français.
