What viraldar does

viraldar shows TikTok creators which of their videos perform best, and suggests viral formats similar to them.

Data we receive from TikTok

Only if you choose “Continue with TikTok” and approve the request on TikTok, we receive, through TikTok Login Kit and the TikTok API, with these scopes:

• user.info.basic — your open ID, display name and avatar;
• user.info.profile — your username, bio, profile link and verified status;
• user.info.stats — your follower, following, likes and video counts;
• video.list — your public videos: ID, title, description, duration, cover image, share link, creation date, and view, like, comment and share counts.

viraldar never posts, edits or deletes anything on your TikTok account, and never reads your messages.

How we use it

• to sign you in and show your profile and stats;
• to rank your videos by engagement — (likes + comments + shares) ÷ views — and by views;
• to extract the hashtags of your videos (“your niche”) and suggest similar viral posts.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the providers below.

What we store

• Your TikTok link: open ID, username, display name.
• TikTok access and refresh tokens, server-side only (never sent to your browser, never logged), so that viraldar can read your profile and videos when you open “Mon TikTok”.
• Your niche: the hashtags extracted from your videos, and the keywords you add or remove.
• Your lists: the posts you save, mark as seen or discard, your notes, and the searches you type.
• If you sign in by e-mail instead: your e-mail address.

Your profile, stats and video list are read from TikTok when you open the page and are not stored.

How long, and how to delete it

• Sign out revokes the TikTok tokens and deletes them from our database.
• Unlink (✕ next to your account) revokes the tokens and deletes the link.
• You can also revoke viraldar at any time in the TikTok app (Settings → Security → Manage app permissions).
• To delete your whole viraldar account and everything above, write to rayvol.dev@gmail.com; it is done within 30 days.

Providers

• Supabase — database and sign-in;
• Cloudflare — hosting of the website.

The website uses no advertising or tracking cookies; your browser keeps your session and display preferences locally.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to its use, by writing to the contact above. You may also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
